Dr. Yusuf Suleiman is a distinguished academic and expert in educational management with an impressive academic background. He obtained his B.Ed and M.Ed in Educational Management from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, before earning his PhD in Education from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Further enhancing his expertise, he secured a Master’s in Policy and Strategic Studies with distinction from Kwara State University Business School. Currently, Dr. Suleiman serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Counselling at Al-Hikmah University, Nigeria. He also holds the pivotal role of Director at the Centre for Research, Industrial Linkage, and International Cooperation within the same institution. His scholarly influence extends globally, having presented research papers at international conferences across the USA, Rwanda, South Africa, Cameroon, Gambia, Liberia, Ghana, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and Azerbaijan. A highly decorated professional, Dr. Suleiman is a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management and Leadership Development (FIPMLD) and the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), as well as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is also an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the Nigerian Association of Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), and the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM). Additionally, he belongs to the Global Association for Humanities and Social Science Research (GAHSSR), the Association for Development of Teaching, Education and Learning (ADTEL), and the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). Beyond his academic and professional affiliations, Dr. Suleiman is the founder and CEO of Yusa’ad Educational Services Limited, reflecting his dedication to advancing education and leadership development.
